This is a letter
referring David Cunningham as a realtor. We have
just recently moved from Ohio to Kentucky and have
looked at hundreds of homes online. David went to
the extremes to go to any home we were curious about
and took in depth pictures to help us decide on a
home. To make a long story short we would recommend
David Cunningham to anybody. Being a realtor is a
very unforgiving job, you deal with people for 3 to
6 months most likely to not hear from them again. I
would just like to take this time to THANK-YOU again
David Cunningham-Realtor you did a fabulous job for
us and we WILL recommend you to anybody that asks us
if we know a good realtor...Once again THANK-YOU

For the past
three years, my husband and I have tried to move
back to Kentucky only to be met by many unpleasant
obstacles.We have worked with seven different real
estate agents between selling our home and
purchasing our new home here in KY. I believe it is
easy to underestimate the importance of a good agent
unless you have had the misfortune of working with
people who clearly do not have your best interests
at heart. Such is the case with us. During my first
discussion with David, I explained to him the
problems that we had encountered with other agents
and that we desperately needed someone to act on our
behalf. I told him that I would understand if he
felt that working with us might be too difficult due
to our earned distrust. I wasn't sure if he would
work with us after hearing everything that we had
been through, sometimes people shy away from
challenges. David did not! David worked with us over
three months to help us find our new home and he
went out of his way to ensure that we had a good
experience. He worked extremely hard to help us
avoid the pitfalls of our past and he was so
wonderful to work with. It was refreshing to know
that our agent really cared about us not just a
commission. Thanks to David, we finally found what
we were looking for and are now here in Kentucky. He
surpassed every expectation that we could have had
for a real estate agent and we would highly
recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.
In this market, you need someone that you can trust,
someone with integrity, someone to look out for you
and David Cunningham will do that.

David Cunningham was one of the best agents we have
dealt with in finding our new home. He was always
there and ready to go when we called and wanted to
see a home, he stayed on top of it and always had
several places for us to look at and never gave up
even after us being so picky.
He was very devoted and dedicated to his clients and
making sure they are happy and informed on all
aspects of their new home. He does extensive
research on all the properties to make sure
everything is they way it reads and is truthful. We
would definitely use David again if we ever decided
to look into another move.
